Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below and attached to the order confirmation email; however, its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal notice must be sent to:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You are only required to compensate us for any deterioration of the item or for any benefits derived from its use to the extent that such use or deterioration results from handling the item in a manner that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality. “Examination of the properties and functionality” refers to testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be shipped by package must be returned at our risk.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that were manufactured according to customer specifications, are clearly tailored to personal needs, or are not suitable for return due to their nature, are likely to spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed, for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, provided that you have unsealed the data carriers, or for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, and periodicals, unless you submitted your contractual declaration by telephone.
Returns
You must return or hand over the goods without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
The goods must be returned complete and in unused and undamaged condition. The goods must be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the buyer no longer has the original packaging, another suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against damage during transit and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from damage caused by inadequate packaging.
You are required to return the goods to the seller using the enclosed return label and to retain the shipping receipt.
