Every purchase is preceded by a detailed consultation and planning process.

  • Once we have completed the planning process with you and you have decided what you would like to order, we will continue to work on your behalf.
  • We send both the planning and the configuration to Madrid. There, they are reviewed once again to ensure they are plausible and feasible.
  • Once everything has been double-checked and we receive the "go-ahead" from Madrid, we will send you an order confirmation with an estimated delivery time.
  • Once you have reviewed the confirmation (together with us), please make a down payment equal to 80% of the order value.
  • Once we have received your payment, we will begin production of your children's furniture.
  • The remaining 20% is due as soon as your furniture is ready for delivery.
  • Important: Please note that your order is produced exclusively for you, based on your specific selection and configuration. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal.
